Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0027ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently replaced stock ram with Crucial 32GB (2 x 16GB) 260-Pin DDR4 SO-DIMM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)

But the clock speed stayed the same when i check in task manager(3200hz just as it was before)  can i overclock it to 6400hz ?

3200 MHz is the max RAM speed you can achieve. Take a look at the top Super Users of the HP OMEN Laptop 15-en0xxx platform: https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-OMEN-Laptop-15-en0xxx/192851.
