This drive is supposed to be P&P, but no joy. Any hints? Driver, maybe?

CD's and DVD's are being phased out. I don't think vendors send time and money to support old products (say more than 6 years old), developing new products would be a lot cheaper.
Please try drivers from LG:

Thanks! It did not help, but I'm OK with that.
I don't use CD's or DVD's anymore. This is a CD from a health provider with x-ray images. They do not use anything else than DVD's and fax for secure data transmission.
Someone needs to tell them this is the 21th century.
