I inserted a micro sd card into the reader on the right side of my new machine, the HP Spectre 360 Convertible. There's no tray, I just inserted the card and the machine read it. But I don't know the proper way to remove the card. When I push it, it doesn't budge. I expected it to pop out, but it doesn't. How do I remove it? Thanks.

It only pops out 1mm or 2 and you have pull it out. You have to call HP in your country DIRECTLY and ask them to replace it (if still under warranty).

It is a push-push operation. please use your finger to gently push in and release, the card will pop out and you can remove it. The operation is exactly the same as with nearly all standard cards for cameras, video cameras .... and computers.
