Pavilion Laptop 15-cw0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm using Pavilion Laptop 15-cw0xxx running Windows 10 Home (x64) version 1809.  HP Support Assistant shows some devices that I no longer use and are not connected.  How do I remove them?

Please use following steps

(a) Open HPSA,

(c) On the top menu,  it has a button on top right with a pencil in the icon.

(d) Clicking on it to brings up a window "Edit device information."

(e) In the bottom center it says "Remove this device." Click it.
