Trying to remove the cover of my notebook to get to the battery. Removed all the screws off but something is still holding the lid from the inside and I can’t remove it completely. How do I get to the battery?

Please remove screws under the rear rubber foot strip too. And you need a case utility tool to get the cover out.

I believe what the gentleman is referring to is called a "spudger" (that's the real name, believe it or not!).  You can find these on Amazon and other places.  Also, if you haven't done so already, see if someone has posted a YouTube video documenting the disassembly of your machine.  It might help avoid a "gotcha" moment (I *knew* there was one more step to this!).  Hope this helps!  Good Luck!
