Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Amazon Fire HD has stored an HP Photosmart printer that I have replaced with the Envy 7640.  How can I remove it?

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that you are looking to delete the old printer from Amazon Fire HD and configure your new printer. 

Don't worry, I will be glad to help.

Is the printer working fine?

Are you able to print and scan from any other device?

 

Please follow the procedure mentioned in this Amazon article to print from the new printer.

As mentioned in the article, where you have an option to add a printer, you might have an option to delete as well. 

If not, uninstall the printer plugin and install it back and configure the new printer.
