- How to remove screen (to fix hinge) on ENVY x360 Convertible...

As it seems others have encountered, I have a ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-ee0xxx with a broken hinge.
I found information about taking the back off the laptop, but not how to take the display apart to be able to access the hinge from that side. To that end, I need information on how to remove and disassemble the display screen, sufficient to replace the hinge.
While at it, any other tips with opening the bottom of the laptop is also handy, since the information I found is limited.
If there's a central place for how to fix this, I did not find it.
(Also, please don't suggest I take my laptop in for service. I see this is a common HP response. It's not under warranty, and not worth paying to have it done. Please, just give me the info I seek. Thanks)
My appreciation to whomever is able to help, or point me at relevant info.

Hi @DataLore,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
To get the answer to this question, we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
I understand that this is Hardware issue. But the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who would have an option to schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

@Elohi_NR,
Thanks for writing. As you might notice, from my model, this computer is not in normal warranty. Are you saying that, because this is a known repeat problem with these laptops, that you will grant me an extended warranty service on this?
If so, it's appreciated, and helpful.
If not, then I am still in the position of needing the information on how to remove the screen and service the back cover and hinge.
