I had tried to exchange a solid state disk but the laptop cannot open after it. I think it is broken, and could you please tell me how to repair it in London? Hope for your reply, thank you!

Did you install software onto the new solid state drive? What exactly do you mean the laptop can't open? And we need your exact model number, please. And tell us a little more explicitly what you took out, what you added, how and why?

Thank you for your relpy! My laptop is Pavilion 13-an0002TU bought in China. I want to update it because I need a larger storage space. However I do not install anything in my new ssd, actually I had never used before and after I replaced it. Since I open the back cover of the laptop, I firstly removed the battery. Then I removed the previous ssd and replaced it by the new ssd I bought myself. However, when I install the battery back and tried to starting up my laptop, it fails as there is no response when I clicking the power button. I am not sure there is any short contacts during my operating time. I am afraid it is broken, is there any method to repair it or if not, how can I find people from HP to help me fix it? Hope for your relpy, thank you.

International support is complicated. If you bought it in China HP UK will only service it if they happened to sell that exact model. Also, since the problem followed an upgrade attempt it is unlikely warranty will cover anyways. Does the laptop turn on with the mains power attached?

When I found it cannot work, I connect it to the main power but unfortunatelly, it cannot work either. It is acceptable that there is no warranty and I can pay for the repairs, but is it possible that I can repair it in London? It is seems impossible to send it back to China and then back again..
