How to replace a broken hinge cover?

The hinge cover on my laptop has come off.  The hinge still works fine.  I'm assuming one of the little plastic clips on the hinge cover broke off.

What is the process to get this fixed? 

Also, are they instructions on how to reattach a new hinge cover to the PC?  I'm assuming my cover has a broken part but if not I would like to try to put it back on myself.  I have not been able to figure it out.

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
