Hi @CJB1028,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To roll back the BIOS on your HP Pavilion 15-bs020wm from Insyde BIOS F.75A, you can try one of the following methods, depending on whether HP still allows rollback on your model.

Method 1: BIOS Restore:

1) Shut down the computer, keep the charger plugged in

2) Hold down the Windows and B buttons together while the computer is still turned off.

3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B buttons until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.

4) Follow the on-screen instructions and click on OK.

Method 2: Manual BIOS Downgrade via USB

  1. Go to the HP Drivers & Downloads page for your model:
HP Notebook - 15-bs020wm Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
  2. In the list of available BIOS versions, install F.74 is still available for download.

Download the older BIOS installer (if available), and when running the .exe, choose.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
