Hi there,
I am trying to upgrade RAM on HP Pavilion x360 convertible 13-s102tu from 4GB -> 6 GB. While trying to do this, I would like to detailed instructions on how to safely disassemble the Notebook inorder for me to access the motherboard beneath the keyboard.
I tried to remove the 11 screws at the back of the Notebook and i am still unable to disconnect the keyboard from the base. Is there anything else I am missing? Any help is appreciated here that can solve my issue.

HP does not post Maintenance and Service Guide for the series on the following link:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-13-s100-x360-convertible-pc/8499316
Please try Maintenance and Service Guide for HP Pavilion x360 Convertible PC (model numbers: 13-s000 through 13-s099):
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04642238.pdf
Page 35 shows you steps to access to RAM slots. You have to remove more than 11 screws.
Regards.
