I look up a ton of videos of how to remove the back cover of my laptop, I found one on YouTube that is the same as my laptop  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KhitVe_UDBM&list=PLye5Gw4EmlDQ6nNJS8y7HN5U8B-eP4daf&index=16&t=184s        but there is an issue. I saw them pry open the laptop so easily (with a bare hand), but my laptop cover was way tighter, and yes I did try to pry it open with some tools (plastic tools). I finished with the screwing part. I'm unsure what to next. Did I miss any other steps?  Also another thing, my laptop back cover was really tough, it is a thick layer of plastic,  it won't bend and neither it is flexible enough.

7 screws and then a plastic spludger is what HP state.

I haven't watched the video, so cannot comment on any potential differences.

Thanks alot

Also funny story, I actually found out a way to pry open my laptop before you replied to me.

All I needed was to push harder (but not all the way in)

I also noticed there were some pieces that hold on to the panel right when I push the card in inside

It right on top so no need to push all the way in

Then slowly pry upward and when it click open repeat that step all around the cover.
