Even though I took the hp notebook to change the BGA, the overheating problem will continue, does anyone have a suggestion to not let the BGA heat up too much? Does a base support fan with 2 external coolers solve it?

Hi@marcorelio,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing overheating issues with the HP Pavilion Tx2007au Entertainment Notebook PC.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- You always need a CPU cooler regardless of case fans. If the CPU is low power or low voltage, you may not need a passive cooling solution which basically comes in the package deal.
- If your primary problem is to reduce CPU temps, then a case fan can only help up to a relatively small extent. Consider getting a good air cooler or AIO water cooler if your temps are high.
- The socket is the component that provides the mechanical and electrical connections between the processor and motherboard.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
