Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I just bought this laptop a few days ago and the battery is drain fast (i remember the seller told me this laptop battery can run from 4 to 6 hours) but i feel it drain fast 

I try all tips in the internet but it do not work (i try remove Mcafee,remove pre-install games app,turn on Battery saver,...) but it do not help. And when i check battery heatlh,it still good

Please help me
