According to the keyboard options in the specifications for your laptop series model, having a backlit keyboard is not one of the options.

The user manual contradicts the specifications page and states that some models may have it. The telltale sign would be the presence of the action key I have highlighted in the image below. If the key is present, hold down the shift key and tap the keyboard backlighting key to turn on the backlighting. To turn off the backlighting, perform the same procedure as when turning the backlighting on.
