Common problems for Battery
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about: Battery Reports, Hold a charge, Test and Calibrating Battery . Check out this link: Is your notebook plugged in and not charging?

I installed 16 GB of RAM and ran into a problem with the 8 GB installation limit. System Manager shows 16 GB installed, but only 7.9 GB is used; the rest is reserved by hardware.

  1. I tried reinstalling the operating system.
  2. I tried changing Windows settings and reallocating RAM.
The only thing left is the BIOS, but when I open it, the "Advanced" tab doesn't show the settings I need.

According to the system requirements, my motherboard and processor are suitable for 16 GB.

I'd be grateful if someone could tell me how to open the advanced settings in the BIOS - FE82.

Hi @verifaya

This usually happens with models with AMD processors, as hardware is reserved for graphics. I don't know of any way to avoid this.

If you have any questions, please indicate the model of your laptop. You should always do this for any query, as we cannot know your model from a BIOS version.

PC model - HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p044ur
Is there a key combination that will show all the settings in the BIOS?

As I expected, it has an AMD processor, and with older ones, this tends to happen. I don't know why, but I've seen it hundreds of times on PCs that use AMD processors. HP and other brands.
