Microsoft Windows 11

I have tried to open BIOS but i cant find any system config and i dont want to accidentally ruin my new laptop/ i couldnt find any fn lock to use the function keys without clicking on fn. i tried to disable but i am unable to do so. it is very annoying to click on fn + f3 to increase brightness instead of direct increasing by clicking on f3.
