You have several choices for SSD
Your M.2 can be replaced with a Generation 3 M.2 such as
https://www.westerndigital.com/products/internal-drives/wd-blue-sn570-nvme-ssd?sku=WDS100T3B0C
You could also get a generation 4 NVME such as as the WD SN580 as they are backwards compatible with Gen3. They will not be any faster but the gen3 are probably being discontinued.
I suspect you have a 7200rpm HDD. That can be replaced with any 2.5 inch SSD that is 9.5mm or less
