According to the service manual (on page 3), your model's M.2 slot only supports SATA SSD, not NVMe.

M.2 SATA SSDs, as shown on page 40 of the manual, have two notches but fit in your one-keyed M.2 slot.

 

You can install an M.2 SATA SSD like this.
