Product: Hp 15-Bw012nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Cpu is awfully slow but i can't upgrade due to being soldered to the motherboard(Thanks HP).My Only Options if this one fails is the hard drive and ram. Is there a compatible motherboard for this laptop?

 

Specs:

Amd Radeon R2 Graphics

Amd e2-9000e 1.5ghz Cpu

500gb 7200rpm HDD

15.6 1366x768 screen

4gb ram

That is a very underpowered processor I am afraid. Laptop motherboard upgrades are theoretically possible but very rarely cost-justified. A replacement motherboard costs a significant percentage of the retail price of a new laptop. But if you wish to pursue further we can help you find a better motherboard for it.

Page 19 of the Manual lists all the possible motherboards and you can drop in any of the AMD models:

I just got the new motherboard and replaced the one in mine laptop. It works great and here are my new specs

 

And A9-9420p 3.0ghz

Amd R5 Graphics

4gb ram(will upgrade to 8gb)

500gb 7200rpm hdd(128gb ssd soon)
