My hp 15-dw0083wm can't see to find my new HP EX900 Plus 1TB M.2 SSD I tried everything it show up in windows if I connect it to an adapter but not in the machine itself

Only M.2 SATA SSDs are supported in the models with the Intel Pentium N5000 processors.
That information is not clearly spelled out in chapter 1 of the service manual but that is why the NVMe SSD won't work in your notebook.

You will have to replace the 128 GB SATA SSD it came with for a 1 TB SATA drive if you need more storage:
