Hi there,
I just acquired an Hp 15 pavillion gaming cx0012nl would like to know if spare parts of cx0000 will work on it. Parts like keyboard, spreakers, battery, touchpad.. and the rest.. when I google most of the info I get is for the cx0000 and both cx0012nl and cx0000 look the same, and all the spares online is for cx0000. Would like to get a confirmation before buying. Thank you.

Here is the Service Manual:
The -cx0012nl is in the -cv0000 series so parts in this manual will generally fit your model. Of course, your laptop has specific parts such as a wireless card of a certain kind and a screen with a certain resolution so make sure you are not downgrading. If you want to make and post a list of the parts you need we can cross-check against your specific specs and make sure you are OK.
Post back with any more questions or please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.

Hi and thanks a lot for your replies! I wanted to know something else... my touchpad on my cx0012nl acting very strange! sometimes when I use it it like jumps and does not follow my finger movement.. happens on and off.. tried everything I could regarding the drivers. still the same. I read the hp has a lot of issues with their touchpads, would like to know if there's and solution or if hp has come to any solition?
Thank you.

Hi Huffer appologies for late reply.. Was sick in hospital. Thank you for all your help. My touchpad issues was fixed. I noticed I had an incorrect charger 60W.. went for 150W and touchpad working well. I noticed something recently my battery remaining time goes to disable in BIOS every now and then... I happens anytime. So when it's disabled I don't get my remaining charging time and when it's fully charged. I updated my BIOS to the latest firmware. I've attached 2 pics please have a look.Sometimes it goes to disabled without me changing it.
When it's enabled I get the remaining charging time and battery full indication
