Hi.

I have a HP 15-r250tu laptop and some keys of the keyboard is not working. I tried reaching out to service center but they are also not replying.

I just wanted to know how much it will cost to replace the keyboard and where can i get it replaced as service center is not replying.

Then you have some serious issues -- as we are not permitted to provide any equipment or repair cost estimates and we have no way to walk you through doing the replacement.

 

You can use this tool to find the replacement part number, but you would have to look online for replacement parts and costs:  HP PartSurfer
