Hello,
I have an HP 250 G7 laptop (Product number: 197VOEA#BH5, motherboard: 84AA, Intel Celeron N4000/N4020).
Please provide the full upgrade information for my device:

  • Number of RAM slots and maximum supported RAM
  • Whether it supports an M.2 SSD slot (SATA or NVMe)
  • Whether it supports 2.5" SATA SSD/HDD replacement

Hi:

 

The notebook has one memory slot and the slot can support a maximum of 1 x 8 GB of DDR4 memory.

 

There is no support for a M.2 SSD.

 

You can replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SSD.
