Can I upgrade my RAM for my laptop: Hp 250 G8 intel(R) Celeron(R) N4020 CPU @ 1.10GHz, 4.00GB RAM. And if this is possible, what is the maximum capacity can I upgrade my RAM to for a faster performance of pc. Please advise either to this platform.

Yes for the Celeron models there is a single memory slot and it can officially take up to an 8 gig module of DDR4-3200 which will downclock (bridge) to -2666 speed. The Service Manual:

says 8 gb is the max single module but I suspect it may handle a 16 gig module. You can check max memory capacity with a command line inquiry as laid out here:
