Hello all ,

My name is Mohammed Mosleh from jordan , i bought hp 250 g10 i3 13th generation laptop 3 months ago ,

i notice that their is problem with heat in this device ,the fan just work when temperature raise to 97 just ,when i bench cpu the temperature stuck in 97 , i try to do alot of solutions (update bios,update drivers,change fan always on from bios )

all these try didnt give any response . should i visit service center ? 

please give me solution .

Make sure the battery is fully charged.  Your laptop can overheat if it has to charge the battery at the same time as it is being extensively used.  Makes sure your power button plan causes the laptop to shutdown instead of going to sleep. If it sleeps and is not plugged in then the battery can run down overnight;.

To mitigate the heat problem you should use a laptop cooler.

I recommend you keep the CPU out of turbo mode. Edit the power plan and set the maximum processor speed to %99 for when plugged in and a smaller value if just on batteries.  Change the %100 to a smaller value, even 99 can make a difference
