Hp 250 g6 base model caddy size for ssd upgrade

Plz reply what is the actual size of a caddy for Hp 250 g6 N3350 (like 9, 9.5,10 mm)

Hi:

 

Do yourself a favor and don't put your SSD into a DVD caddy.

 

It will rob it of performance.

 

Probably the DVD SATA connector is only SATA II because DVD drives only run at the SATA I transfer speed.

 

If you are going to do that, put your hard drive in the caddy and the new SSD where the hard drive is currently installed, so it runs at its maximum speed.

 

Chapter 1, page 2 of the service manual indicates that the DVD drive is 9.0 mm.
