Good evening from here, I have this hp 830 g6 x360 convertible and touchscreen laptop, turned it off last night only to turn it on this morning and noticed the screen touch stopped touching
Then I searched online and I saw some guidelines to follow inorder to rectify it but the information I'm getting on my own EUFI SCREEN is different
Instruction online
- Turn off the computer.
- Turn it on and repeatedly press the Esc key to access the Startup menu.
- Press F2 to access the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics
- Go to Component Tests > Touch Screen.
- Run the Touch Pointer Test
I can boot up the Uefi screen but I'm not getting touchscreen option at all I'm just confused cause I need to rectify this
Please I need guidance on this
