Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have memory ram 16g ddr3 I don’t know how much I can install to upgrade or it’s maximum is 16 ?

Below is the link to the HP quickspecs for your notebook.

 

HP EliteBook 8770w Mobile Workstation (highspeedbackbone.net)

 

According to page 8, notebooks with the quad core processors have 4 memory slots and each slot can take a max of 8 GB for a total of 32 GB.
