Hello, when I start my laptop I see a black screen that says:
Hp battery Alert
The system has detected the storage capacity of the battery stated below to be very low. For optimal performance, this battery may need to be replaced.
Primary (internal) Battery (601)
I did a Component Tests and it failed, the result was:
Battery Check: Primary - Very Weak (71)Primary: Logic State - No AC Power (71), Charge State - Not Available
Failure ID: 9UQJW2-8RQA90-MFPURG-C9BX03
The battery is new, I changed it a couple of months ago. Can i solve this problem without buying a new battery?
