I highly recommend that you do not bother with thermal pads. That is a seriously old school method only used in factory assembly.
Use silicon grease thermal interface material to achieve best heat transfer. Remove all of the old thermal interface material!
My own preference is Arctic Silver Ceramique, but you can use any mainstream brand that is available to you in Estonia.

Ali Express? I am afraid not. The only things I have purchased from Ali Express are electronics components and kits.
There are stores and online businesses in Estonia that sell thermal paste.
Here is one in a search that I did.

Thermal pads were the factory solution but its much better to use thin copper shim material. I have even seen gamers take a penny pound it out with a hammer and then polish it to a high shine and place that between the motherboard chip and the heatsink and also put on a small dollop of Arctic Silver. Much superior cooling performance.

You can use the thermal interface paste for the GPU as well.
