Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

Hi everyone,

Today I installed windows 11 into my laptop HP elite book x360 1040 G6 which was earlier running on Win10. From the moment it finished the installation, I noticed that the device is not charging and unfortunately I failed to notice on time till it reached 2% charge.

I tried to look for what could be the issue but I wasn't able to find out in time. Now, it has shut down and I don't know what to do. 

Please share your thoughts and/or experience on the same to what I should do. Thank you 🙏
