HP ENVY x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-es0000 (743T0AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Bought the laptop a week ago, battery draining faster, last only 2-3 hours, despite the fact that product description states battery life to be 9.5 hours.

Do you have the power options set to Performance or the HP recommended balanced setting?

I highly recommend that you use the HP PC Diagnostics UEFI utility to test the battery.

Power on and immediately tap the F2 key to invoke the diagnostics.  Choose the battery test. Make certain that the power adapter is plugged in before doing the test.

You can get even more detailed information by invoking the Battery-Report utility that is part of the Windows operating system.

I explained how to invoke and use the utility in a KnowledgeBase  article that I wrote a few years back.
