Hello, I saw a post from the user mdol224. He reported that the hinge in his right corner just popped up while he was doing nothing.
It was the same with me, im a Student and during the lession it broked. Since the hinge was loose, the screen got also a crack and now i can only use the right side of the screen. Since this is a manufactury flaw I found out after my research, since many people have these problems: What is the best course of action in this case? Could you please help? A friendly HP employee named Kumar0307 helped the user. The thread is from 07-08-2022. Thank you for your help.
Regards
