Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ed0013dx

The right hinge on my Hp Envy x360 broke and shattered the screen on my computer. Is there a recall on this, as there seems to be a serious defect? Will hp cover costs? This is so disappointing given how much these computers cost! Has anyone had any luck getting it fixed?
