Hp Laptop Original Battery Drain Very Fast even power off

I purchased my Laptop Battery 4 months ago. But now I am facing lots of problems.

1.My Laptop Battery drains very fast even when my computer is shut down.

2. My laptop health is very bad

actually Capacity: 3420 mah,
design capacity : 28875 mWh,
full charge capacity : 25918 mWh
