Hello I have this notebook 15 dw2065 from I think 2020. And I wanted to upgrade the ram. The computer has two slots for the ram to fit in(two sticks max of ram).
I was wondering if there is any hazardous materials that I could touch like lead inside the case for instance on soldered parts or any other place?
Is this device CE/RoHS compliant?

Welcome to our HP Community Forum!
These are excellent questions.
Mind you, this is a peer-to-peer User forum, I am a volunteer here, and I do not speak for or represent HP.
With this disclaimer of sorts out of the way, there are, to my knowledge, no hazardous materials (chemicals) that you could touch inside your HP 15-dw2065st Notebook, certainly no lead (Pb). That is not to say that you shouldn't wash your hands after, say, replacing the RAM, but that is more of a good standard hygiene practice.
And yes, your HP 15-dw2065st Notebook is indeed CE/RoHS compliant.
You can find more information regarding HP's commitment to environmental and user safety standards in the following HP links:

Hope this was helpful.
