Its specs

            https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05381485

It supports M.2 NVMe SSD + 2.5" SATA HDD. It has 1 TB 7200 rpm SATA now, you can add 1TB or 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD (PCIe NVMe Three Level Cell (TLC)) to your machine

But moving the MS-Windows boot drive from the existing hard disk to the new NVME M.2 SSD can be extremely difficult.

I've done it once on a different computer and it involved making Windows emergency boot drives, booting into that emergency boot disk, running a emergency recovery version of Macrium Reflect backup software.   The Macrium Reflect software then copied the boot drive to the SSD and made changes in the new-style high security BIOS (UEFI) so that it would be allowed to boot off the new alien disk.   Not for the faint of heart.

[content removed] (this is for Dell, not HP, but it's an example of what I'm talking about)

Does HP have any utilities to make this easier?

Thanks in advance
Ben
