I am so so disappointed by this laptop hardware. It is less than 2 years old. It came with 1 year warranty and I took insurance for 3 year total....I had to pay extra 150 usd

So before the end of first year, I started hearing noise when I opened and close the monitor lid. It was getting worse and worse. 

So after a while the monitor hinge just broke off....

It was over 1 year but monitor still had insurance. No warranty anymore.

I had to pay 150 usd for insurance though to repair it.....they replaced the right hinge. 

I got the laptop back 2 months ago approx. They say something was wrong with a hinge, it was too tight or something. 

When they put the monitor back in, they put in the new monitor cause everything broke inside.... after that I  saw all the light at the adge of the monitor...just another dissapointment.  THe monitor bled....

 

Before it had no light bleed......but now it has it......

But the worse thing is that it started to make noise again.....it means the hinge is again broken or will be broken any time.....

I CANT TELL ENOUGH how disappointed I am by the HP omen hardware......

 

It is ridiculous what a bad quality of the hardware is in this laptop. How could they not test the hinges before???

I mean the hinge with metal attachment are screwed into thin layer of monitor plastic.....how will this hold for few years.....

 

I am disgusted by HP company......I paid for insurance first 150 USD extra when I bought laptop new, cause only HP offers 1-year warranty....other companies offer 2 years warranty......I thought I will not need to repair it at all....

 

And then I had to pay 150 USD to repair it......I spend now already 300 USD......

And the hinge is making the same noise as before, it will break any time.....

I will spend 450 USD on this horribly constructed laptop......

 

HP are you disrespecting customers on purpose. You do not care at all? Do you think we are millionaires or something 

How can you put such a laptop on the market with such big problems?

 

I mean I am afraid to close the lid now cause I know the hinge will break anytime soon now....

 

I hope somebody repairs my laptop for free...this is injustice......this is horrible.......horrid...
