Hello Folks,
I have a HP omen ac-250tx laptop
Specs:
i7-7th Generation
RAM- 16 gb (8GB +8GB) - 2400Mhz , Make -HYNIX- PRESENTLY ON THE SYSTEM
OS -WIN 10 pro
Iam planning to upgrade my RAM, could anyone help me out with the maximum capacity of this device.
I have few options and also help me choosing from the best manufacturer, appreciate your feedback on this
1.) 32 gb (16GB + 16GB) - 2666Mhz
2.) 16 gb (8GB +8GB) - 2666Mhz
3.) 32 gb (16GB + 16GB) - 2400Mhz

Your machine is an older generation of HP Omen series, it supports 16GB of RAM max. This is confirmed by

If you have spare money to burn, you can try 32GB but it won't go pass 2400MHz.

@banhien Thanks for the reply.
I need to change the RAM, some errors popped up during memtest.
Kindly clarify :
1. Can I use 16GB ,2400Mhz in one bank instead of 8GB +8GB ?
2. which one should i use for best performance - crucial, hyperX, corsair , hynix?
