Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I would like to see if it's possible to upgrade my RAM from 8GB to 16GB.

I've opened up my laptop to see if there was an empty slot, and there was. I even went into the Task Manager and found that I'm using one of two slots:

So from what I've gathered, I'm assuming that if I buy the exact same 8GB RAM module as the one I currently have, then I insert it into that empty slot along with my current one, will I then be upgraded?

Correct me if I'm wrong, thanks! 🙂
