I have a Hp Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk0xxx and I was looking to get it cleaned (I haven't cleaned it in 5 years so I think it's a bit too far from my abilities). I found a site that offers to do it and it has different packages. One is just the cleaning and a change in the thermal paste, the others include a change in the thermal pads (?) and a change in metallic liquid (?). It's the first time i've heard of those and I was wondering what should I buy and if my laptop has either of those. Thanks.

@RealPapita

Do you really need to clean your machine ? I've been working on 30 notebooks or so in my house they are from 3 months old to 11 years old, I have not do anything called thermal pads for them.

Regards.

My computer overheats when i'm into an hour of gaming and in the worst cases it completely freezes and forces me to turn it off and on again. I searched up the thermal pads online and they are a thing but I don't know if mine has them. Thanks
