Is there ddr3 1600mhz ram support or do ı need to buy ddr3L?

Here is the Service Manual:

It supports either DDR3-1600 or DDR3L-1600 so either 1.5 or 1.35 volt. 8 gig max. If its a Quad Core processor it will do 16 gigs. That is not mentioned in the Manual.
