I changed my laptop battery about 1 1/2 months ago. Now it's been unable to do anything fast. It's literally been reduced to a similar processing power as my 2008 computer. Basically, it's unable to keep up with typing, it loads things (apps, search, and websites) extremely slow, and there are many drops in fps (55 frames to 4 in Google Chrome alone). I've done every optimization and updating as possible and it's still extremely slow. Hell, pop-up notifications (like the battery saver one) are so slow to pop up that they sometimes disappear before they even show up on my screen. I still have massive battery drops (20%-0% in less than a minute).

I've tried multiple things:
Update my drivers and BIOS
Set battery usage to high performance
Set my CPU usage to 100% while using battery
etc.

I've also noticed others with horrible performance after changing their batteries. Any idea why this might be? Why the replacement batteries are worse compared to the ones in new laptops? Any way to fix this issue?
