HP Envy x360 15-cp0010ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I bought a HP Envy x360 15-cp0010ur and now I`m trying to get a compatible pen for it. The HP pen compatibility chart is down, so I can`t check it right now, but I remember that 1mr94aa model is supposed to be compatible. I saw a review from some guy with a HP envy convertible laptop and he says this pen doesn`t work for him. I`m completely lost.  Is it compatible with my model after all? Really appreciate your advice!

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

After reading your post, I did go through the Touchscreen Compatibility with Pen and Stylus of your product and found that your computer model is not supported.

If your model features a touch screen, it is still compatible with a passive stylus. Passive styluses do not require batteries, do not have any configurable options, and do not use specific pen software.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi, thank you SO much for your reply! May I ask where you found this information as I was unable to find anything related to that model. So you are 100% sure that a passive stylus is my only choice?

Thank you for posting back.

To get the answer to this question, Yes! you can use the passive stylus on your computer.

See the below part information:

  • Impreza pen in dark ash ƭnish 929863-001
  • Impreza pen in natural silver ƭnish 929863-002
  • Sunwoda pen in dark ash ƭnish 920241-001
  • Sunwoda pen in natural silver ƭnish 920942-001

It's a universal part and you can use the part number to order from an online store such as amazon.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
