My Hp Spectre Computer works completly fine, everything updates correctly, and I have no problem, all but for one: The Hp Pen. I have tried to find any kind of help within the community AND tried to contact support about it (if I could even get support), and nothing really seems to help me answer any questions as to how and why my pen stops working. I literally just changed the battery and it acts like it cant be read by my computer, unless the computer isn't reading it. I do not want to download anymore drivers and chipsets because I have tried that already and everything is up tp date, not to mention it took a lot of space from my computer. I took the battery out multiple times, still nothing. I changed the pen tip, nothing, I tried hard resetting the pen, still, nothing. I can't buy another one or a completly different pen either, because they cost as much as a video game, if not higher. Am I doing something wrong, do I need bluetooth on, or is the Hp Pen just not a strong pen, if so why is it even still being sold with a new computer if it wont work?

Hi @Mirror__Mirror,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
