Product: HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0053dx

Hi,

 

I want to write a complaint about my HP spectra 360.

Bought it sometime in 2021 and kept it preciously soon mec it was over 2k. Bought it at Best Buy. Did not use it for over 5 months and when I registered back in school, I was happy to pull it out just to find NO POWER!!!! I ran to Best Buy and they said they would send it to hp with a ridiculous fee. Contacted hp and they offered to fix with a 400$ fee!! They did not even know what was wrong with it except there was no power. This told me they know this is an ongoing issue!!! Am a single mom who invested in hp and now they want more!!!
