Product: HP Spectre 15 X360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hp Spectre 15 fans only kicking in on "comfort" cooling profile.
They do not seem to kick in at all on performance or recommended mode, or way to late.
The laptop idles at around 95 deg (celcius) when its not on "comfort" mode.
i have tried to install the latest bios again (which it already was on), but that didnt help.
I also used a compressed air can to flow out the dust (without opening it), but that also didnt help
Im running windows 10 v1909
Any idea on what the issue could be here?
