Hello,

 

I am having problem with the fan in my new HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ap0xxx. It is a new 2019 model and I ordered it from the HP Store. It is just a month old and already I am getting a lot of noise from the fan soon after I start the system. The fan sound doesn't stop for the whole day. The sound just becomes low and gets loud now and then. I got the laptop with pre-installed Windows 10 Home. I liked all other aspects of the laptop but this sound is really annoying nowadays.

 

Could you please provide me a solution to this. I would really like the community's support in this issue.

I suggest you update the BIOS from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

 

Also follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01007591 for noisy fan issues
