Hello,
I have ordered an HP EliteBook 840 G3 and I am wondering why the HP Sure View technology does not work on this laptop?
To enable this feature I have updated the BIOS but still, I couldn't find their option from the boot setup.
The laptop System BIOS number is N75 Ver. 01.13
I really appreciate any for any help.

HP sure view is an OPTIONAL feature to be configured before purchase, do did you purchase this option?
